I am about 25 pounds overweight, and I am looking to get started on a weight loss program. I want to start by concentrating on diet only, and then add some form of exercise. Since I have gout, it is sometimes painful on my legs to exercise in a traditional manner, so I prefer to stay off my feet. But I still need to get some kind of workout. 2 questions: What kind of diet should I go with? And What kind of low-impact exercise should I get into? Your input is appreciated.

i see a change in how it toned the abs, it makes you aware of this muscle group. but you can't slagg on it. you'll lose what you gained. also watch your diet limit fats.

I bought the Ab Rocket Workout two weeks ago and so far I'm very satisfied with the intensity of the workout I get. My Abs are sore after only 30 minutes of exercise. I feel like my stomach is much more toned now than it was before I started the Ab Rocket routine.

Like you suggest, I bought my Ab Rocket from Amazon. It was the best deal I could find from a company I trust. It arrived quickly and I've been very happy with it. A friend of mine bought it with the $15 trial offer, and while she likes the workout she gets I think I got a much better deal than her.

One thing I am concerned about is that there is no way to adjust the Ab Rocket's intensity. Once my abs recover from this and I'm not feeling sore after my workout is there anything else I can do to increase the intensity of my workout with the Ab Rocket?
